These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kolorkaari.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you buy.
Who you are dealing with
This website and store is owned and operated by Kolorkaari Studios Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, trading under the name Kolorkaari.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. What we sell, and how it is made
We sell canvas wall art: artwork printed with HP Latex inks on 380 GSM canvas, stretched over a solid pine stretcher, and either wrapped or fitted in a floater frame. Every piece is printed and finished to order after you place it. We do not hold finished stock of individual artworks. This matters for cancellations and returns, and is explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We also take commissions for murals, custom wallpaper design, custom sizes and canvas made for other sellers. Each of these is quoted in writing, and the written quote forms part of the contract for that work.
These are prints on canvas. Nothing in the catalogue is hand-painted, and it is never described as hand-painted. Sizes shown are the dimensions of the printed canvas. Because screens differ in calibration, brightness and colour profile, the colour you see on your device may vary slightly from the printed result. A minor variation of this kind is inherent to printing and is not a defect.
3. Prices, taxes and invoicing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice bearing our GSTIN 06AAICK1020H1Z0 is issued for every order.
Shipping is free across India. Delivery charges are included in the displayed price.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already accepted.
4. Trade accounts
Interior designers, architects, hotels and resellers may apply for a trade account. Approval is at our discretion and depends on verification of the firm and its GSTIN. An approved account sees a single trade price list. Trade prices are inclusive of GST. Trade orders are placed by invoice and are payable in full, through the online payment link on our invoice, before production begins; we do not extend credit. Retail promotions and multi-piece discounts do not apply to trade prices. Trade partners may resell the physical canvases they buy; they may not reproduce the artwork. We may suspend a trade account that is used in breach of these Terms.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, because of a pricing or listing error, a production problem, or an address we cannot deliver to, we will tell you and refund the full amount paid. We will not substitute a different artwork, size or frame without your agreement.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways that are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not collect, see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Your payment is governed by the gateway's own terms in addition to these Terms.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Cancellation, replacement and refunds
Governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Intellectual property
All artworks, images, text, layout and design on this site are owned by or licensed to Kolorkaari Studios Private Limited and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from them.
Buying a canvas gives you ownership of that physical article. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction right.
If you send us artwork to print (a custom order or canvas made for your own business), you confirm that you own it or hold the right to have it reproduced, and you remain responsible for that artwork. We may decline any file.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil disturbance, carrier failure, government action, power or network outage.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission having jurisdiction where you reside.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the details of our Grievance Officer are published below.

We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, give you a reference number, and resolve it within one month of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission having jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
