Is this a painting or a print?
A print. Every canvas in the shop is printed with HP Latex inks on 380 GSM canvas, then stretched and framed in our studio in Faridabad. Nothing in the shop is hand-painted, and we never describe it that way. Murals are the exception: a mural is painted by hand on your wall.
What kind of art do you sell?
Decorative canvas wall art: landscapes, botanicals, birds, wildlife, abstracts and Indian folk-inspired motifs.
What is the difference between wrapped and floater?
A wrapped canvas has no outer frame: the image continues round a 25 mm deep pine stretcher. A floater frame holds the canvas from behind in a polystyrene moulding with a 10 mm face, leaving a 6–8 mm shadow gap all round, 35 mm deep. See frames and finishes.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the furniture the canvas will hang above and take about two-thirds of its width. Hang it so the centre sits 57–60 in from the floor. The size guide draws every size to scale.
Can I order a size that is not listed?

How long does delivery take?
Each canvas is made to order. It is dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, then takes 5 to 8 business days to metro cities and 8 to 12 business days elsewhere in India. You get a tracking link when it ships.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India. Delivery charges are included in the displayed price. We ship within India only.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price includes GST, and every order comes with a GST tax invoice from Kolorkaari Studios Private Limited (GSTIN 06AAICK1020H1Z0).
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs, by email or WhatsApp. We send a free replacement and collect the damaged piece at our cost. The same applies to a print defect or a wrong item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, at any time before it is dispatched. Email hello@kolorkaari.com or WhatsApp +91 88007 52126 with your order number.
Can I return a canvas if I change my mind?
No. Every canvas is made to order for you, so change-of-mind returns are not offered. Damage, defects and wrong items are always covered by a free replacement. The full terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How do I hang it?
A sawtooth hanger is fitted to the top bar before it is packed. One screw or picture hook in the wall is enough.
How do I look after it?
Dust it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or cleaning sprays, and keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp walls.
Do you offer trade prices?
Yes, for interior designers, architects, hotels and resellers. Approved trade accounts see one trade price list, inclusive of GST, and order by studio invoice paid online. Apply here.

Do you sell wallpaper?
We do not sell stock wallpaper. We design custom wallpaper for your wall, to its exact measurements, and hand over print-ready files. How the design service works.

Can you make canvases from my own artwork?
Yes. We print, stretch, frame and pack canvases for other sellers, in plain packaging if you sell under your own name. See canvas manufacturing.
How can I pay?
Online at checkout, by UPI, card or net banking, through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see your card or UPI details.
