We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, give you a reference number, and resolve it within one month of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission having jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

- The order number, if the complaint is about an order
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
- Photographs, if the complaint is about damage or a defect
