How a mural project runs

1. Understanding the space. We start with the room rather than the art: who uses it, the light, the furniture, the mood it should have. We visit where we can, or work from your photographs and measurements.
2. Design and composition. Sketches, colour studies and a composition drawn to the wall's proportions. Nothing goes on the wall until you have approved the design.
3. Quote and dates. A written quote with the price, what is included and the dates on site.
4. Painting. The surface is prepared, the composition is mapped onto the wall, and it is painted by hand. A small wall can take a few days; a large one can take a couple of weeks.
5. Finishing and handover. A protective coat, a final check, and a walk-through of the finished wall and how to look after it.
