  • Each painting is made to order, and slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade artwork.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and INR unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.

  • Kolorkaari Studios is not responsible for additional charges such as currency conversion fees or bank charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time for orders is 7-10 business days before shipping.

  • We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT, with tracking provided.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • No returns or refunds, as all paintings are custom-made. Exceptions apply in cases of shipping damage.

  • Buyers must report damages within 48 hours with photo evidence for a replacement.
