• All paintings are handmade original artworks created on premium 10 oz cotton canvas.

• Paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube for secure international transport.

• No framing or stretching is provided to ensure cost-effective global shipping.

• Processing Time: Orders are completed within 7-10 business days before shipping.

• Shipping Partners: We ship worldwide from India via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT, with tracking provided.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Worldwide shipping: 3-5 business days (Delivery times may vary due to customs processing).

Customs & Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

• Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

Packaging & Shipping Details

• All paintings are rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

• Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

• No expedited shipping is available.

• If a package is delayed or lost, a replacement painting will be provided.

• If a package is marked as delivered but the buyer claims non-receipt, the buyer must contact local shipping support.

• We will also raise a concern with our shipping partner, but we must wait for their approval before taking further action.
