Cancellations

• Buyers receive painting images for approval before shipping, with necessary modifications made upon request.

• Returns are only accepted in case of shipping damage.

Damaged Items Policy

• Buyers must report damages within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photo evidence of the damage is required before issuing a resolution.

• A replacement painting will be provided.

Order Approval Process

• Buyers receive final painting images for approval before shipping.

• Buyers must approve the painting within 48 hours.

• If no response is received, the painting will be shipped as is.
